Welcome to the 63 Squares Crochet-Along!

63 Squares Crochet Along

We are crocheting the afghan from the booklet 63 Easy-To-Crochet Pattern Stitches Combine to Make an Heirloom Afghan (Leisure Arts #555). It is widely available in Walmart, craft stores, online stores, and on eBay.

Who are we? A friendly group sharing our joys, frustrations, and victoires encountered while working on this sampler afghan. You can find us at the Crochetville discussion board. Look in the Crochet-Alongs forum.

To join, you must fill out the Join Form. If any of your information ever changes, please fill out the Update Form.

When you finish your afghan, please send me a photo for the gallery if you are able.

How to put the button on your blog or web site:

Paste the following code into your blog or web site where you want the button:

Anyone can paste this in her blog or web site exactly as it is, with no changes, and the button will appear and it will be linked to my 63 Squares page. It grabs the image from my photobucket account.

If you want to save the image on your own web space/server, just change the location of the image, which this part: http://img45.photobucket.com/albums/ v138/dbelle/crochet/63squares/63squares.gif. For example, say your web site is somecrochetstuff.com. You might put your image at http://somecrochetstuff.com/images/63squares.gif.

The border="0" stops there from being an extra border around the image because it is linked. Without border="0", there would be a border around it the same color as the rest of the links on your page.

The vspace="3" (meaning 3 pixels of vertical space) keeps the button from being jammed right up against other buttons or text that are above or below the button.

The alt="63 Squares Crochet Along" is the text that displays when someone puts their mouse on the button.
